How to see if reports are being used or not in CRM 2016

Posted on by 2,645

I have a lot of reports in my CRM 2016 environment and was wondering if there was a way to tell which reports are being used and which ones are not.

Is there some way to do this?

    Hi ,

I have not tried but below reference might be useful for you if you are on-premise  and create database query to get last run time  using report I'd.

    Hello,

If this is online deployment I don't think you can get that information.

But if it is on-prem then you can get that information from Reporting Services - stevestedman.com/.../ssrs-report-usage-queries
