Marketing List Members Mobile View

Hello,

I have a Marketing List with some members. If I open the Marketing List with the defaul interface I see all contacts in members section but if I open the Marketing List with the mobile view I see only one contact in the members section. It is not a problem of the query because in the mobile view there is the written "1 - 14 of 1190" like in the default view.

What is the problem? I need to set some specific parameter in the form?

    Hello,

    Can you try to change the height of the Subgrid ?

    I think that the height is set to 1 actually.

    Open the form, double click on the subgrid, change the tab and set to 10 or more lines.

    Hi Simone,

    You could try methods below:

    1. Open Marketing List form in Customization, change Number of Rows and  check Automatically expand to use available space option to see whether the rows would change.

    1. Switch another view(Marketing List Light) to see whether it shows normally.

    1. Clear your browser cache to test whether the issue still exists.

    Thank you for the answer and sorry for the delay of my reply.

    I try to do this but the problem persists. I modified the panel "dynamic_contacts" setting the fields as you suggested but nothing has changed. This is the panel which is show in the page.

    It occours in a Dynamic Marketing List with a complex query which returns 1189 records (see the attachment).

    I resolved unflagging the "Automatically expand to use available space" in all nine tab (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Dynamic Accounts UCI, Dynamic Contacts UCI and Dynamic Leads UCI).
