Can anyone explain how to set up a choice question in a Dynamics 365 Customer Voice survey that allows for a text answer, for example:

Response A
Response B
Response C
Other, please specify (want to include a text box here so the respondent can insert additional context)
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Regarding your question on how to add customization options in Voice of the Customer

After testing by our team, you can add a custom option using the following steps.

Step1, open Voice of the Customer and create a Survey.
Step2, add a voice question and customize your options.

    Step3, click "add Other option"

    Step4, Preview

In addition, the above steps are just generic steps, the details of the specific questionnaire need to be set up according to your needs.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang

Thank you for the response, very much appreciated.  I was able to get that far but my question is how does the respondent reply to the "why not" in your example?  In the case with my survey, one of the questions lists multiple answers with the last choice being Other, please specify.  If the respondent chooses the answer (Other, please specify), they need to be able to type in their response.   How do I make that happen?

Is there a way to customise the text for the "Other" option?
I want it to say "Other (please specify)" so the user knows to enter some text into the box. I can't seem to find a way to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
