How can I deactivate the summary of Copilot in the timeline?

Hello everyone,
We would like to hide / deactivate Copilot from our CRM system until we have a company-wide AI strategy.
We have successfully managed to disable the Copilot chat (in the app settings). Unfortunately, there is still this summary in the timeline. Can anyone tell us how to get this disabled?

I have the same question (1)

    Hi,

If you want to turn off the AI in the timeline, you need to click on /Edit/ in one of the apps.

Then turn off /Enable Timeline Highlights/ in /Features/.

I haven't found any other way to go about turning off the AI in the timeline of all apps in the entire environment. At the moment, it's probably only possible to close them individually.

    Hello jleystral,

You can enable and disable it at both the form, app, and environment levels.
At the form level, we can check/uncheck the Enable Timeline Highlights checkbox for the timeline component.

At the App level, open the Settings >> Features for the corresponding App.

If we disable it at the App-level it won’t show up even if it is enabled for that particular form for a specific app.
