Hi, We get this error when we try to start the HQ Server.

This is a microsoft winsock control error.
You have too many simultaneous connections for your windows to handle.
Or you have 2 stores connecting at exactly the same time.
What windows version is the HQ Server running on???
Try to stagger connections from the stores to the HQ Server, if you have a lot of stores, please use multiple HQ server applications, and then divide the stores between the multiple HQ servers.
