My Merchant provider wanted to know what platform is used by Merchant POS so that I can integrate my First data terminal ID and Merchant ID. Does anyone know this info?If it helps, I reside in CT.

    Hi Greg - If this is for Microsoft Dynamics POS 2009, then FDC has an add-in that is shipped with POS 2009 and integrates with the Nashville Platform. FDC merchant support should be able to assist. In addition, POS 2009, as well as RMS 2.0, supports TSYS integration.
