    Hi Prabhu.rengasamy,

Once you have a PO created you can simply select the invoice tab and post the invoice.

However, it seems that you want to record a fixed asset invoice. Is that right?

Have you already set up a procurement category for your fixed asset or a Service/dummy item?

It would be great if you could provide some additional information on what you try to achieve.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Prabhu.rengasamy,

If you have already a procurement cateogory then it is sufficient to enter this category and the fixed asset acquisition price in your PO line.

In addition, you have to ensure that a fixed asset is entered or created in the fixed asset PO line tab.

Once you post the PO invoice, the fixed asset acquisition will be posted and you can track the value in the fixed asset module.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
