Error when installing Dynamics AX 2009

Hi everyone,

we use microsoft dynamics AX 2009 in our company.on the server and about 6 other client computers.recently we bought a new computer and i wanted to install microsoft dynamics client on that computer.however i get an error that i am not a recognised user of microsoft dynamics AX And that i should contact my system administrator for help.the computer is connected to the domain and im just wondering what the problem could be.

please assist
