Hello,
I have a client that has prices ending in .75 cents. The related product is sold in whole and fractional quantities. When sold in quantities of 0.5 the prices is rounded to 2 decimal places on the customers receipt but on the backend it is being rounded to 3 decimal places. As a result tender and sales are off by several pennies when this effect is aggregated. I've applied a rounding rule but it did not produce the desired effect. Can someone pose the correct rounding rules to round to the nearest whole penny (2 decimals) for prices from $3.00 - $30.00.

If you are trying to export to an accounting package, make sure you have the rounding error account fields setup. This will solve that integration problem. as far as just balancing to receipts then all you need to do is roundup all individual sales entries to the next cent. So 7.345 would become 7.35
