Since yesterday, a few of our users have started to receive the Unexpected Error message as soon as they click on the button to open an Advanced Find in our Ellucian Recruit CRM. For some, it works in Firefox but not in Chrome and for others it works in Chrome but not Firefox. Some users can use either with no error message. We didn't have any upgrades to the system yesterday so I'm not sure why this started happening all of a sudden. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Was there some error details in the message? What's the client did this error happen, UCI or Classic?
Since different users have different situations, could it be caused by user security roles?
If this issue still exits, I suggest that you could raise a ticket to Microsoft Support Team for more professional help.
