Hi team, I have referred to the posts and other solutions online, but my problem is I don't even have the record 'CaseTopicExtraction'. Can someone help me figure out what is making the Msdyn_AIConfiguration entity to increase on a daily basis and what is the root cause if I don't have the AI_Model 'CaseTopicExtraction'.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner,
The msdyn_AIConfiguration table stores configuration settings that are used to control the behavior of AI models and algorithms in the system. This includes settings such as data sources, feature selection, model training parameters, and other relevant details.
Msdyn_AIConfiguration table stores data that supports, among other things, Summarization, KB Recommender, and Case Recommender AI data. Each job running will generate a record.
Case topic extraction feature just one of them, there is no any related data if you don't enable this feature.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

Thank-you Leah Ju, for your response. Does it take up storage even if AI Topic Clustering is not enabled?

    Hi Partner,
If the feature is not enabled, there is no relevant data, and without data how can it occupy storage?
You can query msdyn_AIConfiguration entity in Advanced Find, to check how much data exists:

The AIModel field stores more than just "CaseTopicExtraction".

So basically we can remove the rest of the AI configurations?
Can you share where can I get more details of the AI configurations? Like AI Extract and the following?

    Hi Partner,
It is not recommended that you blindly remove all AI configuration records directly.
For the safety of your environment, it is recommended that you open a ticket with Microsoft support to check exactly which feature is taking up a lot of space.
