Hello!

I would like to know if it would be possilbe to setup a /virtual group/ as a resource in D365 and not have to assigen a singel user as a resource?

In the response below there is a link in which there is no answer to my question.

I would like to know if there exist any way of setting a group of people (perhaps to make a virtual person or similar) so that the tasks can be assigned to the group and not to an individual

I don't believe there is a way to do this. The resource has to be a user, not a User group. You might investigate a customization to meet your needs.

No this is not OOB functiionality. You may create a Idea for that purpose to be aveluated.
