Situation:
We are developing a CRM business solution for an organisation which needs CRM, marketing automation, knowledge management and communication capabilities. We are proposing a solution which combines Office 365, CRM Online and SharePoint. One of their requirement is the ability to create Landing Pages.

Question:

Can Dynamics Marketing or SharePoint meet their "Landing Pages" requirement.

Hi RodS,

Dynamics CRM has a landing page of it own, however individual user can create his/her own Dashboard and set it as default. This gives them the ability to control the UI of the Landing page.

Also, you can control the Accessibility by using the Dynamics CRM User Roles.

Combination of SharePoint and CRM Online is a very robust solution if you need to implement Document Management Capability as well withing CRM. Dynamics CRM can be easily configured to use SharePoint in that space.

If requirement is very simple logo and text changes in the login page then you could use CRM with ADFS WPS to customize the Login page.

If requirement is more than just logo and text changes your best option would be SharePoint as it allows to customize the page with custom components and custom code.
