I have a requirement, where I am receiving certain values from a web portal and creating some kind of Pre Lead. This Pre Lead contains very crude form of data (like an Institute Name, Address , Type etc). I also have master data of Institutes in my system. Before converting this pre-lead to a tangible record, I need to check if an Institute with the name on this record already exists in my system. Only then I can take certain actions on this pre-lead. I want to see a list of Institutes on the pre-lead record, whose name matches with the institute name. Is this possible?
You requirement can be tackled using power automate flow.
