Hello,
Can someone please explain me how License policy work for Dynamics GP?
I believe we need to buy minimum 3 users at $3000 that is must? Then how much it is for extra users?
If customer is already has 10 users license and if they downgrade to 5 users on renewal time how much cost goes down per users?
Is pricing is different for GP10 to GP 2016.

There is the GP Starter Pack and the GP Extended Pack. The SLP for each is $5,000 and $10,000 USD. There are always promotions so check with your reseller. As far as the annual maintenance goes and reducing the number of users you first need to send in a deactivation form and then your annual maintenance will be based on the SLP of what remains. There are different percentages depending on which plan you are on so again check with your reseller. The pricing between GP 10 and GP 2016 is completely different. Back in GP 10 your purchased each module. That was abandoned with GP 2013. Now you purchased either of these two versions and all the modules are included. The Extended pack has Project Accounting and Manufacturing.
