CRM Client for Outlook address book Inactive Records

Hi all,

One of my clients is using the CRM Client for Outlook 2016 to send e-mails to CRM records by using the address book functionality.

In this case the records are in a custom CRM entity that is e-mail enabled.

Now overall this is working fine, except that inactive records are also shown in the address book.

In CRM I configured that the e-mail address field is cleared when a record is disabled, but the records are still showing up in the address book.

Below you can see an example of 3 inactive records (no e-mail address) and 1 active record (with e-mail address).

How can I setup that only active records are shown in the address book? Or only records with e-mail addresses?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Kind Regards,

Elmar van der Heijden
