Hi,

If the date is exceeded in the 'Confirm Decision Date' field in close stage(opportunity), and haven't marked whether the opportunity is own/loss,
a notification should be sent to the owner of the opportunity. i.e please update the opportunity(own/loss).

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Prem Inti,

One option here would be when the "Confirm Decision Date" is set that you launch a workflow that will sit in wait condition until that date / time or if date you may set for the  day after.  The workflow can then wake up and complete and send notification to the owner.

Another option you could look at would be Microsoft Flow that you could call Dynamics 365 through OData call and send out communications through there as well.  You could have this job run every day and look for ones that are not won / loss status with the "Confirm Decision Date" set to that day (i.e. run this at the end of that day).

    Hope these options help.

Thanks for your response, Drew. I followed the approach suggested by you but need some more help regarding this. I got stuck at wait condition what to consider at wait condition. Please suggest me what to take at wait condition step? Can I use "process-timeout-equals-my custom date field"? If the date in my custom date field is 15 August

then email should go on 16 August. You can see the condition below.

    Hi Prem Inti,

I would recommend you go for console application or Microsoft flow in this case. Using wait workflow will affect the performance.
