I've a consulting about it...in the past post I asked about a way to export attachments from CRM2011 (in accounts) and an answer was "Use XrmToolBox".
I intalled it and "exported", but in the 8.348 files that it exported (I select all files, I didn't know how select only Accounts Attachments)....I looked that only 84 are from Accounts, but in CRM2011 with Views I can find 3.694 Attachments from Accounts.
My dude are:
(1) Who we can only export an attachment type? (In this case only account?)
(2) Why it only exported 84/3694 files? There is a limit? (Maybe of Bytes??).
(3) When exported is done, it give me a new folder named "Notes Attachments" and insides we've folders with the "GUID"... it's "Note Code" or what it's? (Because I've take a GUID and search it in the View and nothing note was found...).
(3.2) It's oks "use" this folders when import them??
Import (.zip) > Notes Account (.cvs) + Attachment (Folder) ---> Attachment (Folder) > GUID1 (Folder) + GUID2 (Folder) +..... ----> GUID1 (Folder) > Documento Varios (.ppt).
or I need bring backs the documents? like it:
Import (.zip) > Notes Account + Attachment --> Attachment > Documento Varios (.ppt) +....
