Unable to save new event (Event Management)

Hello. I have admin access on D365 marketing module and am trying to create and save a new event record.

I get an error as: "Business process error: you must have at least one event management configuration record."

Tried deactivating the main event Management process from settings, still the error persists.

I can create all other entities except for event. 

How can I solve / remove this error?

    Are you on the December update release?  I cannot replicate on that release.

    Hi Priya,

    I consulted with our Events PM owner and he let me know that this indicates some issue with configuration on your system.  This will need to be investigated to get a fix, so please open a service request to resolve this issue.
