How do you restore the subforms (Stakeholder, Sales Team, and Subcontractors) that were visible in the Opportunity Form under 8.0?

Thank you for the guidance and paraphrasing, I'll use it to open a ticket with Microsoft.
If you're saying they're there when you go to customize the form, but they're not rendering when you open the form itself, you might need to open a ticket with Microsoft.
These subgrids are part of the default Oportunity form in use, as confirmed through retrieval of the Form itself (Customization). However, these subgrids are not visible at all on the form when viewed from wihtin the Opportunity interface. None of the subforms available in 8.0 display after the upgrade to 9.0.
See if it's on one of the other forms. There's like 5 different forms. Alternately just go to edit the form, Insert -> Subgrid and choose the Stakeholder, Sales Team, and Subcontractor (I assume that's a custom one you all made) subgrids and add them back on.
