I have a benefit that needs to be included in gross wages and on the form W2.
Is it possible to setup a benefit code that will do this and if so, how????

You can create a new benefit for sure but to get it on W2 form. I think you can do following:
Enter the number of the box in the W-2 Box Field if the benefit amount needs to be printed in a special box on the W-2 statement. Enter a label, if required, to be printed in the W-2 box.
