Greetings of the day!
I've a custom entity and it is publish to BYOD when exporting it is not exporting all the records to BYOD but when exporting to excel it is exporting all the records.
we haven't applied any filters, Tried with full push and incremental push by dropping and republishing.
Kindly can anyone help me to resolve this.

I haven't seen this behavior before. Can you verify if the entity key has an index which would make all of the 66159 records unique?

Yes, It has having an index which can uniquely identify these records,
When export to excel it is exporting all the records. Even I can see all the records are present in staging while exporting to BYOD.

Have you compared the BYOD (AzureSQLDB) to the Excel file to check which records is missing?
As a test, you can try to export a exact record via BYOD to check if you get any data exported.
