can not open R123456700.fob of version 2013 , and i am working nav 2017

When importin  R123456700.fob i get this error 

this .fob file is and old version which does not work with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment. Use the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 Development Environment to import it into a Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 database and then export the upgraded application objects to a new .fob file.

    I have installed NAV 2017 in my pc, and  I'm learning some course of Microsoft that are in NAV 2013 , and some of my tasks are to import R123456700.fob. I can't import report in NAV 2017, because the R123456700.fob is in 2013 version.

    Hi,

    NAV 2013 .fob cannot be imported directly to NAV 2017. You need to import it first in NAV 2013 R2 where it will be upgraded then export from NAV 2013 R2 and import it to NAV 2017. Follow this and let me know if you still find issue.

    But I don't have NAV 2013 R2 installed in my pc.  How can I do it, should I install it? If yes , do you know any link where I can find setup? thank you  for answering

    Yes you need to install it.

    You can get it from Mibuso. Link is: mibuso.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-w1-2013-r2

    I get confused when I try to install  I get this error you must  upgrade the Microsoft Dynamic NAV Development Environment to latest version to open the database.  I don't now how to do this I can't understand.

    Yes I do , and so NAV 2017.
