Working with a client who wishes to integrate Outlook with Dynamics, the decision was made to use the newer lightweight Dynamics Outlook App released in the December 2016 update (v8.2) as this was the recommended route. Now previewing the July 2017 update (v9) it does not appear to be supported / included. Is this correct?
I have been through the steps of activating, approving, enabling and testing email accounts, as well as setting Server Side Synchronisation etc. It just does not appear as an App, the Eligible Users views are not present and the security access role is not present. The client version installs and works fine.
We are using Office 365 so Exchange Online with Dynamics 365.
