Importing from another software

Hello,

I am taking a CSV output from another software and transforming it thru power automate in SharePoint to match the column format of my Journal Entry configuration package.

The Excel needs to look like this configuration package Excel import

My export ends up looking like this once manipulated to this automatically:

but given that it doesn't have the XML Schema in Row one, which I noticed can't be Copy and pasted in, I get this error:

How do I get the XML Schema, so that I can embed it at the top on my converted other software output so that I can import it using the configuration package?

Does the Schema change every time?

I've included the Configuration package export ( Default .....xlsx) and the converted from other software to similar input without XML mapping file ( BC_ EXPORT). Don't mind the name should be Export for BC. In the latter, I deleted sensitive info in description.

Otherwise I can take the latter's filled out rows and copy and paste into teh CB config package Excel export, save it and reimport and that populates the journal entries but does not give the document the next number in the No. Series attached to that Journal Batch Name. I could do this instead if I could get it to prepopulate the Document #.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Cedric

If it is a csv file stored in Sharepoint, as far as I know it can be directly imported into BC. Gen. Journal Line also has a standard API available, you can try it.
    For example,

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
