Hi
No not find any importand bugs, but we are planning upgrade , and one of discussion if we should upgrade to 2013 and wait for first rollup for 2015. Or go stright to 2015.
Do you have experience in upgrade to 2015?
Hello Ragnar,
The release for update rollup 1 for the CRM 2015 is yet to be decided. Please find the link below for information.
blogs.msdn.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-crm-4-0-and-2011-update-rollup-release-dates-build-numbers-and-collateral.aspx
Thank You !
Its directly released, no such dates are announced.
You can upgrade to CRM 2015 no problem. The roll up would be a short installation and will have no impact on CRM system
Dont expect CRM 2015 UR1 to bring any big difference.
What you should review is.
MS rodamap Q2/2015 and Spring wave aka "Carina"
That might be something to wait.
Probaly it wil be late summer before any blogs and comments what true new is in that.
It's now almost 12 weeks since the initial release of CRM 2015 and where still waiting for the Rollup 1 to be released. Where currently using the RTM of CRM 2015 and are very disappointed there is no Rollup 1 yet.
This is a major issue for us, which Microsoft Support say will be fixed in Rollup 1. The Activity Feeds issue itself is not so much of a concern, but the same issue is causing anything call getClientGlobalContext() to return a 404 which is causing various problems: https://connect.microsoft.com/dynamicssuggestions/Feedback/Details/1078412
The biggest bug we have found is the fact ISV solutions are not importing for us. This is a well known bug published here:

On top of that some of the old bugs from 2013 are still in 2015. The big one is the Email Templates. When you have an email template which contains an attachment and try to use the template it never inserts the attachment with the email and constantly prompts you to save. Even after saving it never inserts the attachment. Absolute ahocker of a bug.
Anyway just my 2 cents. I did see recently MS finally released after 5 months CRM 2013 SP1 Rollup 2 so hopefully the fixes included in that resolve some of the issues we have in CRM 2015 when they finally release Rollup 1.
We have been using Dynamics CRM with MS since version 3 and have found recently that they have been dropping the ball with times between Rollups. Normal Rollup release date are every 8 weeks we have found and we would be happy if they just stuck to that. I got a feeling staff cut backs and redundancies are slowing the development process at Microsoft.
