Hi,
i need a jscript to verify wich version of mscrm it is running... if it is 3.0 or 4.0
can you help me?

Obviously you can access it through the UI by going to the Settings gear > About, and you'll see the version information in the header of the popup window. Server & service pack version numbers are also stored on the server registry (HKLM/Software/Microsoft/MSCRM).
For a code-based solution, I found this interesting blog post that suggests doing a soap call to retrieve the CRM version: mileyja.blogspot.com/.../get-version-number-of-microsoft.html

In the script file, instead of
alert(req.responseXML.xml)
try
alert(req.responseXML.documentElement.childNodes[0].childNodes[0].childNodes[0].childNodes[1].childNodes[0].childNodes[1].childNodes[0].data)
