When We run utilities to remove sales documents in history in GP2010, get the following message
can't remove history when interrupted batch exist
Please assist

Go to batch recovery and make sure that you do not have any batches with errors, if you didn't find any go to SY00500 table and make sure that all you sales batches have the BTCHSTTS = 0 and marked for posting = 0.
