How Enable Send in-app notifications When Emails are Created in The Line of Time of Case

Hello,

I need enable Send in-app notifications  When Emails are Created in The Line of Time of Case.

I already did it did make all configurations necessary, but the notifications are'nt generated.

Somebody Can me help-me? Bellow print of how I need the notifications

Exist some configuration native to this? Or it's necessary to PowerAutomate to this?

    Hi Daniel,

    Because the notification system uses a table, you can use any table functionality to create new notifications.
