How to add a Menu Item a the Sales Lines Navation area

Hi All,

I am quite new to Business Central, i have a requirement to add a menu Item(Shown at the blow image) which opens a custompage at the Sales quotes Lines page as shown below

Can anyone guide me how to proceed? if you could show basic code snippet.
