Subgrid is not appearing in Customer Portal

Hi,

I configure Subgrid in Entity form, but its not appearing in Portal.

Please look into below screen shot.

Can anyone please tell me what is issue/or am I missing any step.

    Hi Nipun,

    Can you make sure following configuratios are correct.

    1. Can you make sure subgrid metadata is created in Edit enity form. Its not possible to display subgrid in the Insert entity form.

    2. Please clear cache at [View:https://xxxxx.crm.dynamics.com/_services/about] with an administrator user. ( administrator web role). To make sure the cache cleared, add a field in entity form only for testing purpose.

    Hi Nipun,

    You must have proper entity permissions enabled/configured on the Parent and Child Entity (Subgrid entity) in order to render subgrid on the portal.

    Also, make sure you are associating the 'Authenticate User' webrole to the created entity permissions and check 'Enable Entity Permission' option on Edit Entity Form.
