Error Script show when opening screen

Hi everyone,

The SL2011 SP2 had installed on my server, every time when i open a screen, a script error as below will shows, i had check the disable script debugging at internet option but the error still keep on pop-up.

My server was using Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and SQL Server 2012, this server that facing problem is the Database Server, another 2 TS server does not facing the same problem.

Please advice
