We are a small school that has about 300 parents that we send a monthly email to. We also periodically send other emails throughout each month. Is the quick campaign a good method to send emails out? Is it a best practice to use something like Mail Chimp to send emails? If we were to grow as a school, is this a scalable solution?

If you need to send emails with similar content frequently, it is recommended that you create a template in advance.
And you don't have to worry about additional recipients in the future, they can all be sent to a large number of people at the same time.
