Our customer is receiving this error message "There is no futa, suta or workers compensation information to post" when trying to process the period end payroll reports. Any Idea what could cause this, it appears the pay code and the employee card is setup for suta and futa.

Thanks for your help!

If you look in table UPR00900, do you have numbers in the FUTA wages column and the SUTA wages column?

    Kind regards,

    Hi Leslie,

Thank you for your response. Turns out All their employees hit the limit in the third quarter.  This very rarely happens but when you don’t have a turn around in employees or part time employees this can happen.  So if there is nothing to post, the window doesn’t show that last posting.
