How to get the new rich text editor in Knowledge Articles

Hi,

Our CRM Online instance is upgraded to version 9, but for some reason I don't get the rich text editor (ckeditor) that I do get in a dev-tenant instance.

Below is a screen shot of what I want to get (taken from this dev-tenant):

I have check but the resources needed, are available in both our production and in the dev-tenant

e.g. <tenant>.crm4.dynamics.com/WebResources/msdyncrm_/libs/ckeditor/config.js

But I don't even see de browser trying to fetch these ckeditor resources.

The result is visible in the screenshot below:

    Hi,

    I have the exact same issue, on the test sandbox environment the rich text editor works but not on the production environment. Did you solve this already?

    In our Prod environment we found multiple Knowledge Article forms - some did not load the rich text editor, some did !
