CRM 2011 Email description from html to plain text

Hello,

Im pretty newbie in crm dynamics 2011, im trying to update with email information my description case when the emails go into my inbox. I succefully did it, but sadly in html, with a lot of tags and superfluous information.

I want to know how to change or add a plugin to do this step by step. I tried integrating virtual studio 2012 into my server but i got a fail message when i want to bind the project with the server discovery link. "The metadata contains a reference that cant be resolved".

Yes, i saw it too. But i dont have any idea that how to include this plugin into CRM. Im newbie as i told. If you can bring me some help i will be gratefull!
