I having this error above when I want to approved. On Dynamic GP 18.4.1436.

    I'd start by looking at this:

    community.dynamics.com/.../error-approving-a-workflow-through-email-notifications-for-microsoft-dynamics-gp-request-error---the-server-encountered-an-error-processing-the-request-see-server-logs-for-more-details
