CRM On Premise 2013 email Sending Failed

Hi ,

      I want to send Email through my MS Dynamics CRM On Premise account 2013 .I have Created A Email Server Profile(Exchange Server) for this and created a mailbox And configured that mailbox with the Email server Profile .But it is throwing the following error "The sender's mailbox is disabled. This email will be sent automatically after the sender's mailbox is enabled for outgoing email processing. Click OK to continue" while sending Mails.

What can be the reasons for this. what else can I do to achieve what I want . Any help will be appreciated.

    You need to go into the user mailbox settings and do the following steps:

    1.  Approve user

    2.  Test and Enable Mailbox

    The test needs to be successful first and then you will be able to send emails.  You will see if it is successful in the tests on the bottom of the user's mailbox view.

    Did the test and enable fail or stuck in process?   Any other users working or is none working?

    Hello Varsha,

    Once you have the Email server profile you need to approve email for all the users, then go to mailboxes setting select all the mail boxes and click on Test & Enable.

    After sometime you should be able to see the incoming & outgoing fields as success, if not you can open the error record and look for alerts for detailed information.

    none of the users are working.Every single user shows failure while sending mails.
