Dynamics GP 2010 and Office 2013

Is Dynamics GP 2010 compatible with Office 2013? I could not find any specific information on this. Do we need to apply any hotfixes or patches in order to make them compatible?

Officially, Office 2013 is supported in GP 2013 and not in GP2010. I had a client install it and it stepped on their GP install. HOWEVER, we did a reinstall of GP and everything worked. So, make a backup to your network drive of the MS GP2013 folder (or what ever you have the GP root folder named, install Office 2013, and, if you have problems in GP, re-copy the network saved copy of the GP root back onto the workstation.

No guarantees but it worked for my client.

Hi Michael,

All of this information can be found on the System Requirements page for GP 2010:

mbs.microsoft.com/.../MDGP2010_System_Requirements

Only Office 2007 and 2010 have been tested for GP 2013.
