Dashboards - Set as Default - not working

When I change the default dahsboard for a user and then try to click the 'Set as Default' button, it does not save the dashboard as a default. I have come across this in the past where the button itself was greyed out and it had something to do with the Security Role (I don't remember which entity it required.) But this seems strange that the button is enabled but does not perform the desired task. This is CRM 2011, Rollup 11.

Well, I found it again. It's the 'User Setting' privilege under the Business Management tab. The user needs Write to this privelege.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem where I can't set a user's default view to anything else but I can't find the User Privilege section under the Business Management navigation link. Do you still remember?
