I have a company created in the Canadian environment of Business Central. I intend to relocate this company from the Canadian environment to the US environment of Business Central. Is it possible to execute this transition, and if so, how can it be accomplished?

Migrating company to a new environment

It is doable but it is not an easy and straight forward task because there are different localizations in the US and Canadian databases.

So you will have to do a more manual data migration and the best option is probably to see assistance from a partner to get advice on what is the best migration path for your specific case.

If there is very little data in the company your best option might be to just recreate the company in a US tenant and then migrate data using configuration packages and recreate all transactions.
