Hello,
Is someone using Dynamics 365 for Customer Insights from Azure?
I'm interested in the features it offers but when testing it, the predictive scoring isn't working at all... Also contains a lot of small bugs...
Is it shutdown?

Does the MS team still takes care of fixing the bugs? I've the feeling that there isn't a lot of "news" about this product..
Danny, is Customer Insights still available for use? I ant seem to find it. I really like what it offers.
As far as I know, the product - which was in preview - is dead -> https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/customer-insights/preview-retire
My guess is that something similar will be available soon.
Predictive scoring is now available in Dynamics 365 for Marketing as Lead Scoring and the new AI Dynamics offerings also have predictive scoring, so you might want to check those out. As far as I understand it, CI as a stand-alone product isn't available any longer.
