I am new to D365 and currently testing on D365 customer service.
In D365, when I create a new case and pick a customer, the right side panel of the customer details automatically appear. May I know how can I configure it's behaviour (e.g. say disable it)?
I checked there does no have any field event to trigger on change, seems not tigger by javascript and have no idea how to config it. Furthermore, is it possible to trigger another panel, say agent script for example?
