Some of the employees were setup without the WC Code and the related paycodes did not have them either.

We have updated the Employee Master and the individual paycodes with the WC codes.

The question is when I run the month end reports etc. the reports do not display any WC associated dollars for the individuals? Is this something that has to be manually updated? If yes, how?

    Through the UI you can:

    1. Mark to "Edit Financial Fields" on Payroll Setup > Options

    2. Edit the WC code on the Employee Pay Code > History button

    This approach can be laborious if you have lots of edits.

    Otherwise, you can update records in SQL (Table UPR30300 / Field WRKRCOMP).
