We noticed we can only create segment for Contacts - Email only, may i know how if we want to create email campaign to Company level (Email listed in Account level)?

Hi Helene,
currently all segments are contact based. As Clofly has written, you can create a traverse segment, linking a contact and an account, like the one in the screenshot attached (this is a Basic Traverse Segment template). So you can eg select all contacts where Full Name contains data for the accounts you want to target.
If you have emails linked to the Account directly, then this relates to the feature we have in our backlog for future, where segments could be also account -based.

In summary, account-based marketing still targets Contacts, but a contacts parent account can be used to drive personalized content, account-based reporting/insights etc.
In addition, we can still send marketing email to mailbox of contact parent account with a dynamic expression, by this way, a contact of account will be picked randomly as account;
In other word, this contact will be regarded as an account, please let me know whether the workaround could help your business requirement.
