Hi,
Is it possible to create a user usage report in crm?
That tracks login/logout, create/update/delete of any entity, reports run, search's made ?
Thanks

Hello,

Hi ,
OOB CRM does not provide such thing, how ever we have the " Auditing" which keeps track of the interaction history. you have to work around to bring this data in the reports.
Hi
Login/Logout comes under user Access Auditing, if you enable that CRM will log user access, First you need to tick Start Auditing
Once this is enabled, everytime user logs-in to the system, it will be recorded in audit entity.
For particular entity Create/Update/Delete, you will have to enable at global level and entity level
At global level
At Entity Level
Once auditing is enabled at entity level, you can see the audit history for each record if you go into related area and Audit History
You can also view particular user activity by filtering as the column
You can see out of the box audit report allows you to filter but if you want to go beyond this, you can create custom SSRS or FETCH Report
