Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central provides several standard Role Centers with predefined cues and activities. While these are helpful in general, I recently faced a requirement where certain standard cues needed to be removed, and new role-specific cues needed to be added, based on business usage.

We want to remove the following standard cues from the Role Center:
Campaign-related Cues
Job Queue Tasks
Timesheets
These activities are not relevant for this role in our implementation.
Remove Shopify Activities–related Cues from the Business Manager Role Center
These cues are visible even though Shopify activities are not part of the evaluation users’ daily responsibilities.
Add a Transfer Order–related Cue to the Role Center
Requirement details:
The cue should show only Transfer Order–related documents
First preference is to reuse any existing standard cue, if available
If no standard option exists, a custom cue may be required
Are there any standard ways (permissions, profile configuration, feature setup, or role customization) to
Hide or remove specific cues like Campaigns, Job Queue Tasks, Timesheets, or Shopify Activities?
Are these cues driven purely by:
Assigned permissions?
Enabled features (e.g., Shopify integration)?
The Role Center page design itself
If no functional approach exists, is Role Center page customization the recommended and safe approach?
For Transfer Orders:
Does any standard cue already exist that can be reused or configured to show only Transfer Orders?
