Hi,
You can put an electronic report on a sharepoint document library.
Simply go to the electronic reporting destination, select your configuration and then select powerbi as output destination.
The powerbi section allows you selecting a sharepoint document library where you can create multiple folders, subfolders, etc. as required.

Just to add to Ludwig's answer, FnO is a cloud product that does not have access to your PC, so cannot save to any of the folders you have.
