Hello

We would like to to hide a Queue called 'Default Entity Queue', Can someone please help me.

Hide Default Entity Queue

Hi Partner,

Could you be a little more clear? Where do you not want to see 'Default Entity Queue'?

Because it is one record in the queue entity, and It is the default queue out of the box:

--The default queues can't be edited or deleted. All Omnichannel for Customer Service users are members of the default queues. Therefore, the membership of these default queues also can't be changed.
