Integrating GP analysis codes with law firm's case management software

Hi all, I am working on a project at a law firm that uses a case management system called Needles. We'd like to use Analytical Accounting to analyze case numbers, and I'm looking into using eConnect to populate the list of dimension codes in GP. These codes will be keyed into their case management system initially and I'd like to try to save them from rekeying this info into GP. I see a class called<taAATrxDimCodeMaint> that looks like it will do the trick. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Any experience using this particular eConnect class?

Typicaly don't use eConnect to do this, use eOne's Smart Connect which makes sure that all the underlying details are filled in. Also, would recommend that you fill in user defined fields so that you are able to get better reporting out of AA with the user defined fields such as Customer, Type of Case etc. and when you bring in the codes you need to make sure that you have setup the Tree that belongs to the code.
